The capital of New Mexico is Santa Fe, and is the 4th largest city in the state of Santa Fe County. It is well known as the center for arts which reflect the multi cultural character of the city. Opera and music are respected in the city with the yearly Santa Fe Opera productions that take place between June and August. It has many world class hotels and most of them are situated around the historic downtown. Other world class museums are situated in the Museum Hill district. The city hosts an apparently unending series if festivals, celebrations and community fairs.

Lorretto Chapel
This chapel is situated in Santa Fe, New Mexico and known for its unusual spiral staircase. Many who visit it and the sisters of this chapel consider the builder and construction of the staircase a miracle. The chapel is used on a daily basis by female students of Lorretto Academy and by its nuns until the chapel and academy closed as a catholic institution.

San Miguel Mission
This Spanish colonial mission church is also called as San Miguel Chapel in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The church claims to be the oldest church in the U.S. it was damaged during the Pueblo Revolt in 1680 but it was rebuilt in the year 1710 following the Spanish conquest and serving the Spanish soldier. This church is a contributing property of the Barrio De Analco Historic district.

Georgia O’Keeffe Museum
This private and non profit museum is holding the repository works of Georgia O’Keeffe which is available to the public as a single institution. The permanent collections of O’Keeffe work are the biggest of any museum around the world. The museum now contains major gifts contributed by the Georgia O’Keeffe Foundation and the Burnett Foundation, Juan and Ana Marie Hamilton, Kathleen and Gerald Peters and so much more.
